G&O serves wholesalers, cash & carry outlets, supermarkets, and shops, as well as Duty Free and Travel Retail channels. Every interaction with suppliers and customers is backed by a commitment to always finding solutions for all needs.
G&O’s headquarters are located in the historic city of Genoa, a significant center in the birth of international trade, where it continues to play a leading role. For the handling and storage of goods, G&O operates from a bonded warehouse in Ronco Scrivia, allowing it to work in duty suspension.

Thanks to Adamo Import Export SL based in Spain and Carlo Meschini AG in Switzerland, both part of the holding company, logistics and commercial offerings are fully integrated.

A Bit of History...
G&O was established in 2011 by the Comarco SpA group, which boasts a solid experience of 65 years in international trading of commodities and raw materials, such as spices and non-ferrous metals, as well as partnering with mining and industrial components companies. G&O was created to expand the wide range of services offered by the Group, with the goal of specializing in the sale of consumer goods in the duty-free channel, particularly focusing on cruise ships due to its favorable location near the port of Genoa.
In 2023, following a change in commercial strategy, G&O was acquired by the Adamo Import Export SL group, while maintaining its historic headquarters in Piazza della Vittoria in Genoa. The company has continued to operate with a highly specialized multilingual team in international trade, simultaneously expanding its expertise and clientele.
G&O is also part of the RETCO network, which fosters better collaboration among businesses to overcome the challenges posed by size limitations while safeguarding their individuality.
